About

Bulging Disc Treatment Info.com is a personal blog providing information specifically about bulging discs, and more importantly for you if a bulging disc sufferer, treatment options if you are in pain.

To eliminate any confusion, spelling of disc can be with a “c” or “k”.

Who am I?

I write on health-related topics, with a particular emphasis on back pain, sciatica, herniated disc, and bulging disc conditions. I am not a medical doctor, chiropractor or even a healthcare professional. I am a writer and publisher.

I enjoy yoga (which in my view is good for back health – at least it works for me), walking, kayaking, researching and writing, and teaching via my occupation, writing and publishing on health issues – and particularly back issues.

I also work in the legal industry where I work with people suffering from all kinds of back pain including bulging discs.  Actually, my occupation requires that I be knowledgeable about all kinds of back pain conditions – including causes, prognosis, and treatment.  I regularly attend seminars that extensively discuss types of back – particularly back pain injuries stemming from traumatic incidents like car accidents.

Why publish Bulging Disc Treatment Info.com?

There are a lot of authority websites out there that write about back pain-related topics.  In fact, many articles are written by doctors – who are more expert than me.  The reason I’m publishing this blog is to admittedly inform you about bulging discs AND bring your attention to one bulging disc treatment option that you may not have tried.

Many people with bulging discs do not have pain symptoms, but then many do.  If you’re reading this, I suspect you unfortunately have pain stemming from your disc – whether bulging or herniated.  If, so I hope to offer information and direction to getting help – that is my aim.

As I set out above, I work in the legal industry where I work with people who are hurt.  Many of those people have some form of back pain.  In my work I don’t make recommendations about treatment programs and instead suggest following a doctor’s advice.  I do, however, recommend certain specialists.  What I don’t do, because of the nature of the relationship with the people I work with, is recommend the Lose the Back Pain System.  It’s a natural back pain treatment program with a significant guarantee and free introductory materials so you can learn about it without spending any money.  I like the holistic approach it offers; I consider myself fortunate that I can discuss it on this blog.
