Bulging Disc Treatment and Pain Relief Option

Heal-n-SootheMany people have a bulging disc and feel no pain.  I suspect that’s not the case with you because you’re on this website looking for bulging disc treatment and pain relief.

This article is about bulging disc pain relief.  Another article I wrote explains a resource for bulging disc treatment (rather than pain relief).

To the left is a bulging disc pain relief product I want to tell you about for 2 reasons:

  1. It costs you nothing by clicking here to get a free bottle (must pay S&H), and
  2. It’s natural and the ingredients, based on my research which I’ll show you below, can be effective.

I’ll start by saying that there is no guarantee when it comes to pain management and back pain cures.  The best you can do is try different treatment options and pain relievers to see what works for you.

Also, if you’re into prescription drugs for pain relief, then this product, called Heal-n-Soothe, is not for you.  It’s an enzyme and herbal pain reliever.

However, if you’re tired of prescription medication and are willing to expand your search for pain relief for your bulging disc pain and/or other back pain problems, then read where I’ll give you resources for you to check out the main ingredients in Heal-n-Soothe.

Heal-n-Soothe Ingredients:

  • Enzyme Blend – Protease AM, Bromelain, Protease 6.0, Alkaline Protease, and Papain
  • Citrus bioflavonoid complex
  • Rutin
  • Boswellia serrata extract
  • Ginger extract
  • Mojava yucca root
  • Turmeric extract
  • Devil’s claw extract
  • L-glutathione
  • Vitamin E

How does Heal-n-Soothe Work?

The main ingredients are the enzyme blend ingredients.  Heal-n-Soothe is a Systemic Enzyme Therapy.  The aim of Systemic Enzyme Therapy is to defend against and reduce inflammation.  A common cause of back pain, including bulging disc pain, is inflammation.  If you can reduce and defend against inflammation, you may get pain relief.

Protease, according to this study and this study is a natural anti-inflammatory.  The Protease Wikipedia entry also support the claim that protease is a natural anti-inflammatory.  At this stage of my initial research, I became quite keen about this product.  But, I wanted to learn more, and so I did.

Moving onto Bromelain.  It’s a “potential anti-inflammatory agent” according to Wikipedia.  These days, many herbs are characterized as “potential agents” for effects.  It’s not uncommon for there to be inconclusive evidence about the effects of herbal medicines given the lack of peer-reviewed studies.  The fact Wikipedia gives it the “potential agent” status is promising.  The point is it’s an enzyme that contributes the Systemic Enzyme Therapy Process.

Boswellia serrata is an ancient ayurvedic herb traditionally used to treat arthritis and joint function (Wikipedia entry).  When I read about ayurvedic herbs, my attention perks up.  I actually believe there’s a great deal to be gained from studying and applying ayurvedic medicine.  It may not be familiar or widely accepted in the West, but it’s a several thousand year-old wellbeing practice that not only treats ailments, but is a prescribed system for healthy living.  I’m not an ayurvedic practitioner, but I’ve used ayurvedic herbs for various ailments.

Moving into the kitchen now.  Both ginger and turmeric have been used for treating arthritis (Wikipedia).  One arthritis treatment approach is to reduce inflammation.

Reducing inflammation in arthritis sufferers does 2 things:

  • reduce pain and
  • may slow joint damage.

Accordingly, it makes sense a product designed to reduce and defend against inflammation as a bulging disc pain reliever includes ginger and turmeric.  If ginger and turmeric are used to reduce inflammation of arthritis sufferers, it could also have the same effect on bulging disc sufferers (if it is indeed inflammation causing your pain – which is often the case).

The final Heal-n-Soothe ingredient I researched and will report on is the Devil’s claw extract.  Devil’s claw is widely known to have pain-killing properties.  The British Herbal Pharmacopoeia recognizes this, which is in my view a relatively strong endorsement for a herbal remedy pain relieving claim.

Will Heal-n-Soothe relieve your bulging disc pain?

Maybe.  You know as well as I do there is no magic fix and pain reliever for back pain.  Likewise, there is no magic pill for bulging disc treatment.

That said, by clicking here for a free bottle of Heal-n-Soothe, you can try it with no financial risk.  By now you’ve probably spent a great deal of money (or your insurance company has) on bulging disc treatment and pain relief.  Heal-n-Soothe is a free option … finally.

Free Bulging Disc Treatment Information! Is It So?

Yes, it is so, but read on to find out exactly what this free bulging disc treatment resource is and whether it’s for you.

How much of the same old information have you read about bulging disc treatment so far?  Probably a lot.

I work with people who suffer from all kinds of back pain, including bulging discs.  Some people experience a recovery quickly, other people seem to suffer for a long time despite trying many different bulging disc treatment options.

The resource I want to tell you about is the “7 Day Back Pain Cure.”  Yes, that is a very strong claim.  I got a free copy and went through it (you can get a free copy by clicking here), and in my view the book doesn’t exactly give you a 7 day back pain cure.

That said, it’s 200 pages of very useful information about back pain, including bulging disc pain and treatment.

This book does not:

provide you an actual comprehensive bulging disc treatment program.  Yes, disappointing, but true.

However, this book does:

Arm you with an incredible amount of information about a progressive form of back pain treatment called Muscle Balance Therapy.

Ever hear of muscle balance therapy?

If not, you’re not alone.  I hadn’t until I read the “7 Day Back Pain Cure.”

The 7 Day Back Pain Cure book simply informs you how Muscle Balance Therapy may cure your back in 7 days.  There is a great deal of information about back pain generally, including steps you can take to minimize your present condition and prevent worsening of your condition.  All this was helpful.

7 Day Back Pain Cure

As with all free information, there’s a catch.  If you want the actual back pain cure touted in this book, you must buy it.  The back pain cure it touts is called “Lose the Back Pain” system.  The Lose the Back Pain system teaches you to do muscle balance therapy to heal your back pain, including your bulging disc.

So, if you get your free copy of the 7 Day Back Pain Cure, read it not with the expectation to get the cure, but rather with the expectation you’ll get informed about a program that may or may not help you.  If you decide to give the Lose the Back Pain system a try (I recommend getting the 7 Day Back Pain Cure book first) there’s a 30 day money back guarantee.  Moreover, it costs $79 for the online version and $97 for the DVD version.  You choose.
